Pace Factor
Pace Factor is an estimate of the number of possessions per 48 minutes by a basketball team. It is essentially a measure of the team's "speed of play", and must be taken into account when comparing any two teams' or players' stats, as players whose teams play a faster pace will (by definition) have more chances to contribute to the box score than players in a slower system. Pace is calculated by:
- Pace = 48 * ((Team Possessions + Opponent Possessions) / (2*(Tm Min. / 5)))
