Owen Shannon (Owen Dennis Ignatius Shannon) was born on December 22, 1879 in Omaha, Nebraska. He made his Major League debut on September 6, 1903 for the St. Louis Browns. Shannon played for the St. Louis Browns and Washington Senators over the course of his 2 year career.
