Owen Floyd (Owen Glen Floyd) was born on December 7, 1896 in Marshall, Indiana. After going to high school at Garfield (Terre Haute, IN), Floyd attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Floyd made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Muncie Flyers. He played for the Muncie Flyers for his entire 2 year career.
