Otis Taylor (Otis Taylor) was born on August 11, 1942 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Worthing (Houston, TX), Taylor attended Prairie View A&M University. Taylor made his professional debut in the AFL in 1965 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the AFL for 5 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs the entire time. Taylor also played in the NFL for 6 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs the entire time.

Most people believe that 1966 was Otis Taylor's best year, as he hauled in 58 receptions, had 1297 receiving yards and caught 8 TD passes.
