Otto Miller (Otis Louis Miller) was born on February 2, 1901 in Belleville, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 17, 1927 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1930, his rookie year, he hit .286 with 0 home runs and 40 RBI. Miller played for the St. Louis Browns and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 3 year career.
