Born on May 13, 1890 in Berlin, Kansas, Otis Lambeth (Otis Samuel Lambeth) played for the Cleveland Indians for his entire 3 year career. Lambeth broke into the bigs on July 16, 1916 with the Cleveland Indians, and put up a 2.92 ERA in 74 innings pitched in 1916, his rookie year.
