Otis Douglas (Otis W. Douglas, Jr.) was born on July 25, 1911 in Readsville, Virginia. Douglas attended The College of William & Mary. Douglas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 4 year career.
