Otis Brannan (Otis Owen Brannan) was born on March 13, 1899 in Greenbrier, Arkansas. He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1928 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1928, his rookie year, he hit .244 with 10 home runs and 66 RBI. Brannan played for the St. Louis Browns for his entire 2 year career.
