Oscar Sturgis (Oscar Sturgis) was born on January 12, 1971 in Hamlet, North Carolina. After going to high school at Richmond County (NC), Sturgis attended the University of North Carolina. Sturgis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
