Oscar Dragon (Oscar Lee Dragon) was born on March 2, 1950 in Madera, California. After going to high school at Chowchilla (CA), Dragon attended Arizona State University. Dragon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
