Oscar Azocar (Oscar Gregorio (Azocar) Azocar) was born on February 21, 1965 in Soro, Sucre (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on July 17, 1990 for the New York Yankees. In 1990, his rookie year, he hit .248 with 5 home runs and 19 RBI. Azocar played for the New York Yankees and San Diego Padres over the course of his 3 year career.
