Oronde Gadsden (Oronde Benjamin Gadsden) was born on August 20, 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina. After going to high school at Burke (Charleston, SC), Gadsden attended Winston Salem State University. Gadsden made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 6 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Oronde Gadsden's best year, as he hauled in 56 receptions, had 786 receiving yards and caught 6 TD passes.
