Orlando Sanchez (Orlando (Marquez) Sanchez) was born on September 7, 1956 in Canovanas, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on May 6, 1981 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Sanchez played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Royals and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 4 year career.
