Orlando Ferrante (Orlando C. Ferrante) was born on September 24, 1932 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Mount Carmel (Los Angeles, CA), Ferrante attended the University of Southern California. Ferrante made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Los Angeles Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Chargers over the course of his 2 year career.
