Orioles, Mora Agree On Extension

The Baltimore Orioles have come to terms with 3B Melvin Mora on a three-year contract; his current contract was to expire in October.
The three-year deal guarantees Mora $25 million and gives the option of a fourth year. Mora has only to take a physical and go over the deal with his agent before signing the contract. This would allow Baltimore to announce the deal before this weekend's series with the NL's Washington Nationals.
