Ollie Kraehe (Oliver R. Kraehe) was born on August 22, 1898 in St. Louis, Missouri. Kraehe attended Washington University in St. Louis. Kraehe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Rock Island Independents. He played for the St. Louis All-Stars and Rock Island Independents over the course of his 2 year career.
