Odis Crowell (Odis Leonard Crowell) was born on October 7, 1914 in Matador (TX). After going to high school at Matador (TX), Crowell attended Amarillo JC and Hardin-Simmons University. Crowell made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
