OJ Might Have To Fall

by Kenrick Thomas

I apologize; last night I called OJ Simpson out of his name. It wasn't right for me, and I was wrong.

OJ Simpson is in trouble. I doesn't matter who had a gun. Breaking into someones hotel room, that could be against the law.

It's going to be hard, he might not get out. "OJ might have to fall", because his image is bad.

Everyone knows about OJ, the case before this. The killing of his wife, who do it? That's the reason why OJ can't win this one.

These people, don't like him. Their going to get him. OJ was involved in something, and their going to found out.

It's deja vu, because here we go again. Back with another case, that involves OJ.

He can't stay out of trouble. Everything he does, it's going to be news. OJ should know this, but he didn't act smart.

His image is the worst,"I thought Barry Bonds was bad." Being called a murder is horrible, and many believe. OJ went from one of the great, to a media watch.

Taking the law in your own hands. This is what OJ did, and that could be time. OJ might face life behind bars. His life is over, and he isn't normal anymore. OJ gets seen on T.V., it's trouble. The first thing comes to mind, when OJ is talked about? "it's murder."

OJ is charged with, kidnapping in armed robbery of sports memorabilia. This happen in Las Vagas. "I thought, what happens in Las Vagas stays in Las Vagas" said OJ. Which wasn't funny, because he could be done. This isn't the time, you can't be funny. Be serious, and believe what can happen.

OJ is out on 125,000 bail, which I disagree with. There shouldn't have been bail. He is charged with arm robbery and kidnapping, keep him their.

"The credibility of the cohorts in the enterprise would be a key issue at trial," said University of Southern California law professor Jody Armour. No, the key is "murder." That's the reason why this is big. It's because he beat a murder case, and now he might not beat this.

Dennis Turner said, a professor at the University of Dayton School of Law. "This is a pretty shady world and pretty shady characters dealing with each other in a pretty shady way." Yes, and OJ is shady for getting involved. He knows right from wrong, and especially when your not liked. The world is against OJ, he should have done the right thing.

"It's not like the murder case involving his ex-wife and Ron Goldman, where Simpson had a completely different story in which he said, 'I wasn't there,'"said Doug Godfrey, a professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. "A prosecutor only has to show intent. And the intent is, 'Were you acting in concert with someone with a gun to take property from someone?' If you were, you're guilty of armed robbery." The murder case plays a roll, because now they can get him. It was different from this case, but OJ might suffer from the past.

Simpson attorney Yale Galanter said: "You can't rob something that is yours." You can't take the law into your own hands. Breaking into someones hotel room, and a gun was involved. That is wrong as well.

"Whether or not the property belonged to Mr. Simpson or not its still in debate," Lt. Clint Nichols said Sunday. "Having said that, the manner in which this property was taken, we have a responsibility to look into that, irregardless of who the property belonged to." Which is true. OJ should have called the police, and no problems from their. People think he killed his wife, people want him a jail. Doing something like this, is making it worse.

"How wonderful," he told CBS's "The Early Show" Monday. "A lot of years too late, however. I would have much preferred him found guilty of Ron and Nicole's death and then put either to death or in jail then. But frankly to see him ultimately or potentially go to jail -- that's great." People like this, it's why the world is against OJ. Even if he beats this case, he can't be in public. To much attention.

Facing 10 felonies, it's hard to beat that. Possibly to much pressure. "We intend to vigorously represent Mr. Simpson on all charges. We believe ultimately he will be found not guilty," Galanter said. Prove it, it's going to be hard. This person, might suffer from the past.

If this is true, then we know who killed OJ's wife!
