O'Brien Alston (O'Brien Darwin Alston) was born on December 21, 1965 in New Haven, Connecticut. After going to high school at Oxon Hill (MD), Alston attended the University of Maryland. Alston made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was O'Brien Alston's best year.
