Now Accepting Hall of Name Nominations

On April 6th, 2007, The Hall of Name was founded on ArmchairGM by Tylersalt. It is a place where we here at the 'Chair honor those athletes with superlative names -- names which match or even eclipse the on-field accomplishments of those athletes.
The Hall of Name is comprised of 5 divisions, one for each of the four major American sports (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL), and one comprising all other sports (Alex, this is your place to shine!) The MLB class of 2007 has already been announced:
The committee is now accepting nominations for the founding classes of the other four divisions! Leave your nominations at my nominations page, being sure to leave your name after your edit (use ~~~~).
At the moment, for a player to be considered, the name submitted must be either their legal name, or be the primary name they are known by. For example: Coco Crisp counts, but Pudge Rodriguez does not. The committee will entertain proposals to create a nickname division in the future.
