Norman Hand (Norman L. Hand) was born on September 4, 1972 in Queens, New York. After going to high school at Walterboro (SC), Hand attended Itawamba Community College and the University of Mississippi. Hand made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1998 was Norman Hand's best year, as he recorded 6 sacks.
