Norm Verry (David Norman Verry) was born on September 18, 1922 in Hanford, California. After going to high school at Visalia (CA), Verry attended the University of Southern California. Verry made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Chicago Rockets. He played for the Chicago Rockets for his entire 2 year career.
