Norb Hecker

Norb Hecker (Norbert Earl Hecker) was born on May 26, 1927 in Berea, Ohio. After going to high school at Olmstead Falls (OH), Hecker attended Baldwin-Wallace University. Hecker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Washington Redskins and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1956 was Norb Hecker's best year, as he picked off 8 passes and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
