Norb Hayes (Norbert P. Hayes) was born on November 21, 1896 in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. After going to high school at West (Green Bay, WI), Hayes attended Marquette University. Hayes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Racine Legion. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Racine Legion over the course of his 2 year career.
