No disrespect to my Phillies but YOU ARE SUCH IDIOTS.

I mean that toward the manger Charlie Manuel and part-owner (and former club president) Bill Giles. First, why did we get rid of Billy Wagner, who is going for 350 career save just one away and is 5 right now in the National League in saves. Man could we use a closer right about now....

Also, why didn't the club bring up Ryan Howard earlier? He was a beast in the minors with the Reading Phillies. I did the math and Howard could have 250 plus home runs right now. But instead of bringing him up we get Jim Thome he's a good player but still the only thing we get is a awesome center fielder Aaron Rowand who has proven he is not afraid to play the fence and how bout we get some pitching for once. I mean no disrespect I still love you Phillies.

Wagner wanted a ton of cash...and he was a clubhouse cancer

Howard had a huge...and i mean huge hole in his swing...evident at the thome signing...and then...we had thome when howard was ML ready...which might have been 2004...or maybe 2003...so that's...max 100 homers...

We got Rowand and the pieces to acquire Moyer...who is...as i've said before, helped shape Kendrick and Hamels...very important

Considering the injury problems...hopefully the rotation will shape up next year...Hamels, Myers, Kendrick, Moyer, Eaton...

wow thats not so bad its just dumb luck you see all teams like cubs and boston red sox know what you mean trading away jeff bagwell and others its ok they will get better but it will take a while like 5-10 years maybe Howard is a great player and is stuggling just like another star big pappi david ortiz. thats all i have to say

Howard is 3rd in the MLB in homers, top 5 in RBIs and has a decent BA...he's not struggling anymore

Papi isn't struggling, he's just not hitting home runs, and hitting in clutch situations, which is what he was known for. BUT, as a #3 hitter, you should have a higher batting average, and he's increased it by around .45; correct me if I'm wrong...

Rowand is one of the most all out, balls to the wall players I have seen in recent memory. Do you forget when he crashed into the wall last season and busted his face up? Or all the times he has eaten the track chasing down a ball. Rowand is just like Jim Edmonds when he was in the prime of his career. To say that he is afraid to play the fence is absolutely, 100 percent wrong.
