Nick Mcinerney (Cornelius M. McInerney) was born on April 27, 1896 in Chicago, Illinois. Mcinerney attended none. Mcinerney made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time. Mcinerney also played in the NFL for 6 years, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time.
