New Cowboys Stadium

New Cowboys Stadium is the temporary name to a new stadium currently being constructed in Arlington, Texas. The stadium, built at a cost of over $650 million dollars, will host the Dallas Cowboys as well as college football games and other sporting events. It will be the most expensive stadium ever constructed for an NFL team. The stadium is due to open in 2009 and will hold 75,000 people. Seating capacity could be increased to 100,000 people. The stadium replaces the Cowboys current stadium, Texas Stadium. Naming rights to the stadium will almost certainly be sold once completion of the stadium gets closer.
