New College Football Rules - Good or Bad for the Game?

Check out the new rules for College Football and some coaches' reactions.
What do you think about these rule changes, specifically the ones that alter clock management? Will this create an environment that will lessen the possiblity of exciting finishes?
Consider: Team A has just scored a touchdown to go up 25-20 with three seconds left. Under the old rules, Team B would have a chance for a miracle Kickoff Return, as the clock would not start until the ball was touched after being kicked. The new rule, which starts the clock when the kicker's foot makes contact, would mean if the kicker could kick the ball out of the endzone, taking up more than three seconds, the game would be over. Team B would never get a shot.
My thought is, if they are going to use these new rules, they must have a "two minute warning" sort of situation. I know the College Game already has rules in place for the last two minutes (example: only the player who fumbled the ball, may pick it up and advance it for the offense within the last two minutes). I think something about the "under three minute kickoff situation" needs to be considered.
Overall, I am glad for shortening of the games because really college games were getting to be over four hours last season. The College Game is much longer than NFL games already, because of the clock stopages on 1st down.
Anyway, what are your guys thoughts on this?
