Nemo Leibold (Harry Loran Leibold) was born on February 17, 1892 in Butler, Indiana. He made his Major League debut on April 12, 1913 for the Cleveland Naps. In 1913, his rookie year, he hit .259 with 0 home runs and 12 RBI. Leibold played for the Cleveland Naps, Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, Boston Red Sox and Washington Senators over the course of his 13 year career.

There is some disagreement on what was Nemo Leibold's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1921, when he hit for a .306 average. However, others believe that it was 1917, when he stole 27 bases.
