Ned Wilcox (Edmund Quincy Wilcox) was born on February 7, 1904. After going to high school at Landsdowne (PA), Wilcox attended Swarthmore College. Wilcox made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Frankford Yellow Jackets. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets for his entire 2 year career.
