Ned Bolcar (Ned Francis Bolcar) was born on January 12, 1967 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. After going to high school at Phillipsburg (NJ), Bolcar attended the University of Notre Dame. Bolcar made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1990 was Ned Bolcar's best year.
