Nearing the end of the MLB regular season

After today there will only be 11 days left in the MLB regular season, meaning from here on out every game will count. There are still four of the six divisions that will not be won 'till the last game in 11 days. The AL East looked like it was won about a month ago, but it was a big mistake to count the Yankees out with a month still to go, and they are just 2.5 games back. All three NL divisions are close, in the East the Mets 1.5 games ahead of the Phillies, and this division also looked like the Mets were gonna run away with an easy division win, but the Mets have taken a downfall, and are in big danger of losing the division. The Central is all tied up, the Brewers, and Cubs are tied for the division lead, with the Cardinals out of the race (8 games back) the winner will either be Chicago, or Milwaukee, and as of right now, it is hard to predict who will end up with the division title. The West is nearly as close a race as the Central, with the D-Backs leading it by a game over the SD Padres. Many analysts on ESPN were saying the LA Dodgers were going to win it, and although it is still possible, it doesn't look as if they will win the title, as they have fallen to 5.5 back (tied with the Rockies).
Boston has lost 6 of the last 10 games, and it doesn't look as if they will last 10 more games with the division lead, especially if the Yankees continue theri hot streak. The Yanks have won 8 of their last 10 games, and they play the O's tonight to wrap up their three-game home stand, and then play a four-game series with the Blue Jays, before wrapping up their season with a 6-game stand on the road (three games with the D'Rays, and O's). The combined record of Boston's remaining schedule is 287-322, while the Yanks are 267-337. It seems like the Yankees will end up with the division, after the Sox lead the division series for a majority of the season. That just comes to show you that you can NEVER give up on the Yankees, unfortunately.
I think that in the NL, the Mets may lose the division to the Phils, the Mets are currently on a 5-game losing streak, and have lost 6 of the last 10 games. Although, the Mets do have a relatively easy schedule from here on out (Washington, Florida, Washington, St. Louis, Florida). The Phils are on a little hot streak themselves, currently on a 6-game win streak, and have won 8 of the last 10. The Phils bullpen is weak, so if they win the division, they probably won't get too far. The Phils have just been out powering each and every team they have faced lately, and it has paid off.
The remaining divisions are exciting as well, with the Central all tied up. I predict that the Cubs will win the Central. Chicago has won 7 of their last 10, while Milwaukee has also won 7 of the last 10, but Chicago's scehdule seems to be favoring them a little more. The West will be won by the Padres with their strong pitching. SD is on a 5-game win streak, and this year's Cy Young is pitching for SD.
