Neal Jeffrey (James Neal Jeffrey, Jr.) was born on July 23, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at Shawnee Mission South (Overland Park, KS), Jeffrey attended Baylor University. Jeffrey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
