Nate Ramsey (Nathan Lee Ramsey) was born on July 12, 1941 in Neptune, New Jersey. After going to high school at Neptune (NJ), Ramsey attended Indiana University. Ramsey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1965 was Nate Ramsey's best year, as he picked off 6 passes.
