NFL on CBS: The Best and Worst Analysts

The one thing I hate about CBS football coverage is their awful analysts. Their pre game coverage in spite of Shannon Sharpe destroying the English language, is better than Fox though. Let's have some fun ranking the best and worst NFL analysts shall we?
- Randy Cross. He and Dick Enberg work very well, and real life Randy is much better than the virtual one on NFL Quarterback Club. Isn't biased, very good analyst, stop yelling so much.
- Phil Simms . Sure, he points out the obvious 50 times, but he is what makes that Nantz/Simms combo capable of listening to. He knows his stuff, and should be on that date with Tom Brady and Peyton Manning any moment now.
- Solomon Wilcots. The dude is very underrated, and I wish he could work with Gus Johnson, that would be some duo wouldn't it? It's too bad he got stuck with Ian Eagle.
- Rich Gannon. He's somewhat decent of an analyst. But he's just a work in progress. Working with Kevin Harlan is great for him, and all of CBS.
- We have a tie! Dan Dierdorf, Steve Tasker. If I have to explain to you why they suck, please check in to your local mental clinic.
So CBS is finished, do you think I'm finished?! No! Monday, we'll finish everything off with the national broadcasters of football.
