NFC's Top Twenty-Five

Mock drafts are great for one reason and one reason only; they allow you to witness certain mistakes that could be made throughout the first several rounds of any fantasy draft. On the other hand, they can be somewhat misleading, you can see the trends, but there isn’t any pressure to make the correct decision. Therefore you cannot rely on or treat them like a real draft scenario.
Wanting to be as accurate as possible this analysis has taken deep thought. This list is based on each players’ situation, how they fit in their teams’ scheme, players’ trends, last season’s stats, and my own personal knowledge. All of which equates to this seasons fantasy value.
Due to the lack of any dominant defenses in the NFC, ranking players in this conference was not nearly as difficult as ranking players in the AFC. The NFC offers a great mixture of young players who last season made names for themselves, a few young players looking to have breakout seasons, and several veterans wanting to prove that they still have the ability to play at a high-level. For those who believe that the AFC has more to offer in terms of fantasy production, think again.
