My Search for New Favorite NFL Team (Vol 2.)

It's now time to look at the middle of the pack in my quest to find a time to replace the Cleveland Quinns. I call them that because when I now think of the Browns I can only think of Brady Quinn. I really don't like the guy that much. So anyway, here are the teams that probably won't win out, but still have a chance.
New England Patriots : It would be nice to be a fan of a team that contends on a yearly basis, but I don't want to cheer for a Michigan quarterback and this also breaks the "bandwagon" qualifier that DNL mentioned. I enjoy watching the Pats, but I can't see myself being a fan.
Cincinnati Bengals : It was mentioned that the Bungles should have been in my "no chance" list, but you have to give the other in-state team a chance. That being said, I can't root for a team that has so many personnel issues. I don't want to have to go to their home games at the Ohio State Penitentiary.
Houston Texans : While it would be nice to get in on the ground floor with a team (as another commenter mentioned), I don't think I could go to a team that doesn't look like it's trying to win. This team just reeks of crap and it's not drawing me in.
Philadelphia Eagles : The team fit a lot of the things I'm looking for, but I can't stand their fans. (Sorry, Christof) I understand passion for a team, but Philly fans are a little extreme for me.
St. Louis Rams : The Greatest Show on Turf is dead, so there's not a bandwagon issue anymore, but it amazes me how this team has died to the media. I don't know enough about the Rams at this point to like them.
Tennessee Titans : This is another personnel issue team. I don't like how they initially handled the Pac-Man situation. I'm a big Vince Young fan, but there's other things about the team that keeps me away.
San Francisco 49ers : The 9ers were on my third list originally, but I don't know. The way they've been throwing money around lately, they seem to be on their way to being the Yankees of the NFL.
Jacksonville Jaguars : The Jags are the team I followed the years the Browns didn't exsist. So it somewhat makes sense to go back there, but I don't know.
Indianapolis Colts : If the Colts hadn't won a Super Bowl last year, this whole process would have been a cake walk. The Colts have long been my second favorite team. Manning and Harrison are two of my top five favorite players. They just drafted a handful of Buckeyes.... to go with the few they already have. But alas... Even though the Colts aren't getting a lot of bandwagon jumpers (they are still in Indiana) I can't start following a team that just won it all.
That leaves seven teams under major consideration. Analysis on those teams to come in the next week.
