Monty Montgomery (Delmonico Lamont Montgomery) was born on December 8, 1973 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Gladewater (TX), Montgomery attended the University of Houston. Montgomery made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Monty Montgomery's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
