Monte Smith (Monte Gene Smith) was born on April 24, 1967 in Madison, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Oregon (WI), Smith attended the University of North Dakota. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
