Monte Ledbetter

Monte Ledbetter (Monte Richards Ledbetter) was born on August 13, 1943 in Jennings, Louisiana. After going to high school at Roanoke (LA)*, Ledbetter attended Northwestern State University. Ledbetter made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Buffalo Bills and Houston Oilers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1968 was Monte Ledbetter's best year.
