Mitchell Brookins (Mitchell Eugene Brookins) was born on December 10, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Wendell Phillips (Chicago, IL), Brookins attended the University of Illinois. Brookins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Mitchell Brookins's best year.
