Mitch Young (Mitchell Young) was born on July 18, 1961 in Coldwater, Mississippi. After going to high school at North Panola (Sardis, MS), Young attended Arkansas State University and Northwest Mississippi Community College. Young made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 4 year career.
