Mitch Lyons

Mitch Lyons (Mitchell Warren Lyons) was born on May 13, 1970 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After going to high school at Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI), Lyons attended Michigan State University. Lyons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Mitch Lyons's best year.
