Milt Scott (Milton Parker Scott) was born on January 17, 1861 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 30, 1882 for the Chicago White Stockings. In 1884, his rookie year, he hit .247 with 3 home runs and 50 RBI. Scott played for the Chicago White Stockings, Detroit Wolverines, Pittsburgh Pirates and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that Milt Scott's best season was 1886, when he knocked in 52 runs.
