Milt Bolling (Milton Joseph Bolling) was born on August 9, 1930 in Mississippi City, Mississippi. He made his Major League debut on September 10, 1952 for the Boston Red Sox. In 1953, his rookie year, he hit .263 with 5 home runs and 28 RBI. Bolling played for the Boston Red Sox, Washington Senators and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 7 year career.
