Mike Yount (Myron Edwin Yount) was born on April 18, 1894 in Johnson County, Indiana. After going to high school at Greenwood (IN), Yount attended Franklin College. Yount made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Muncie Flyers. He played for the Muncie Flyers for his entire 1 year career.
