Mike Whittington (Michael Scott Whittington) was born on August 9, 1958 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Christopher Columbus Catholic (Miami, FL), Whittington attended the University of Notre Dame. Whittington made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 4 year career.
