Mike Turner (Jerry Michael Turner) was born on September 10, 1960 in Oceanside, California. After going to high school at C.E. Byrd (Shreveport, LA), Turner attended Louisiana State University. Turner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
