Mike Thompson (Michael John Thompson) was born on December 22, 1971 in Portage, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Portage (WI), Thompson attended the University of Wisconsin. Thompson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars over the course of his 4 year career.
