Mike Mckibben (Michael Wayne McKibben) was born on September 3, 1956 in Mount Carmel, Illinois. After going to high school at Lewis County (Weston, WV), Mckibben attended Kent State University. Mckibben made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1979 was Mike Mckibben's best year.
